I. Basic Ideas
Compressor
      Compressor is a machine that compresses the air while increasing the pressure or conveying the air. Compressor is also called air compressor or blow compressor. All of the various compressors are mechanical sets that are capable of compressing the air and increasing the pressure.

（1）、Certain mechanical energy;
（2）、Serves as a mechanical force or for other purposes.

In terms of the various gases to be compressed, there are air compressor, oxygen compressor, ammonia compressor and oxide compressor, etc. The compressors produced in our company are single screw air compressor.
II. Single screw air compressor
      With single screw compressor as the core technology, the compressor is also called air compressor that is a volume type compressing equipment for compressing air. The cooling methods are air cooling and water cooling; oil feeding methods are oil and non-oil methods. In comparison with similar products, the single screw air compressor has the advantage of simple structure, balanced forces, which is the core of all the products of Jinhao.
Ⅲ. Structure of single screw air compressor
     The structure of single screw air compressor is shown in the figure above. The air is sucked through the air filter, and goes into the single screw compressor through the combined valves. Driven by the motor (or other forces), the air with ordinary pressure is separated by the oil and air separator after being compressed. The compressed air after the separation goes to the cooler through the single direction valve, and goes to the point where the air is required after going through the water and air separator and the discharge valve: the oil from the oil and air separator goes to the oil and gas filter, and goes back to the air compressors through thermal valve and the cooler and finally the oil-shutting electromagnetic valve.
 
    The particularity of the single screw air compressor system is that the oil is circulated by the pressure of itself, without oil pump. The cooling temperature control is served by the thermal valve. The compressor uses special screw oil, with simple structure of the whole machine, reliable functioning of the various parts, stable temperature, minor vibration and noises.
